Expanded World Market Rewards through tiers, gamification, AI/ML personalization, a co-branded credit card with Bread Financial, and innovative omni-channel campaigns, while modernizing the MarTech stack with Cheetah Digital, Attentive, and a Customer 360 platform. Recruited by Petco's new leadership to build personalization and marketing channel capabilities from the ground up as part of a strategic organizational rebuild, contributing to the company's successful 2021 IPO. Deployed Einstein AI/ML in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, launched AI-powered cart and browse abandonment programs via Wunderkind, and established personalized CRM journeys for onboarding, retention, and cross-sell -transforming email from a broadcast channel into a precision revenue engine.

Albertsons Companies

Led the product and program management of 'just for U,' one of retail's most sophisticated AI/ML-powered loyalty platforms, scaling active customers from one million to tens of millions across the newly merged Albertsons-Safeway enterprise. Oversaw digital channel migrations, website replatforming to Adobe Experience Manager, retail media network development, and the launch of multiple eCommerce programs -including an early third-party marketplace and a meal kit pilot that led to Albertsons' acquisition of Plated -while building and leading six high-performing teams across analytics, digital, and program management.

2009 – 2015

Built Safeway's 'just for U' loyalty platform from inception, establishing the AI/ML foundation for what became one of grocery retail's most recognized personalization platforms. Concurrently served as financial strategy lead for the $6B Perishables business, where deep analytics and rigorous planning drove significant margin improvement across 1,400 stores -and delivered one of the earliest enterprise-scale applications of machine learning in U.S. grocery.
